I reached out to Jose for a quote to inspect a home we signed into contract on a Friday, he was able to inspect the next day. Our appointment was scheduled at 11, we showed up 5 mins early and Jose had already did a quick walkthrough of the home and immediately pin pointed a few concerns. As the inspection continued he did an excellent job of communicating, explaining and giving pretty accurate ball point estimates for repairs. He was extremely thorough with his inspection. Jose ended up saving us well over 50K by identifying a foundation issue that was attempted to be covered up by the seller. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable, genuine and honest inspectors I’ve done business with. We will be hiring him again for our next inspection.
